At Only Aura, we aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

Customers may request cancellation only before the order has been processed or dispatched from our warehouse.

To cancel an order, you must contact our customer support team immediately with your order number via:

If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and process a full refund to the original payment method.


2. Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

In this case, you may request a return after receiving the item, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non‑refundable once the order is shipped.


3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders:

  • Customers must confirm availability when contacted
  • Repeated refusal to accept delivery may result in account restrictions or future order rejection
  • We reserve the right to cancel COD orders if they appear suspicious or unverifiable.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved cancellations are refunded within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.


5. Company‑Initiated Cancellations

We may cancel orders due to:

  • Out of stock items
  • Payment verification failure
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
