Orders
1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our products, add items to cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping details and complete payment to confirm your order.
2. Can I modify my order after placing it?
Yes — but only before it is shipped. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your order number.
3. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible but you may request a return after delivery.

UAE: 2–4 business days
GCC: 4–7 business days
International: 7–14 business days

5. How can I track my order?
After shipping, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
6. What happens if I am not available at delivery?
The courier will attempt redelivery. If the order returns to us, reshipping charges may apply.
7. Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, COD is available in UAE. Please make sure your phone is reachable to avoid cancellation.

We accept Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, and Cash on Delivery (UAE).

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return & exchange policy from the delivery date.
11. What items are eligible for return?
Items must be unused, unworn, with tags and original packaging.
12. Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
13. How do I request a return or exchange?

We try our best to display accurate colors, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting.
15. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
