Thank you for shopping with Only Aura. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after order confirmation.

Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next working day.


2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • UAE: 2–4 business days
  • GCC Countries: 4–7 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days (depending on customs clearance)

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs procedures, weather conditions, or peak seasons.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.

Free shipping may be offered during promotional campaigns.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor the delivery status.


5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Only Aura is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect address information.

Additional delivery charges may apply for re‑delivery requests.


6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier fails to deliver due to customer unavailability:

  • The courier may attempt redelivery
  • The order may be returned to us
  • Reshipping charges will apply for returned parcels.

7. Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. Only Aura has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.


8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation so we can investigate with the courier.
